The Brake Logistics Center (BLC) owned by the J. Mueller Group provides a multi-purpose storage complex in the secured Brake port area. It offers interested parties opportunities for short as well as long term lease of covered / uncovered storage space for a wide range of products as well as services such as cargo handling, stuffing / unstuffing of container or even a location to start a production line etc..
The central location of the BLC in the four cities quad of Bremerhaven, Bremen, Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven provides an excellent tri-modal connection to Brake. Backed by highway access to the nearby A 29 via Oldenburg and A 27 through the Weser Tunnel, an electrified rail system as well national and cross border river craft service are the available at highly competitive cost.
As the minimum size of the storage sheds is about 10.000 sqm it is possible to utilize the shed partly or sections of approx. 2.500 sqm.
If required the endowment of the sheds can be modified according to customer demands. An administrative building is located at the entrance of the BLC and offers the possibility of partial and/or complete leasing of office space and social areas.
The BLC can be used as a production or service facility for maintenance and repair and other quality assurance work.
In addition customers may operate an own container yards within the BLC but have the option to use the modern container handling equipment of J. Mueller.
